Your privacy

Inspired Being Co. looks after your information for The Morning Party and The Water Bar.

This page says what we hold, why, and what you can ask us to do. It is meant to be short and plain.

The law that applies to this page is [applicable data protection law to be confirmed].

• Your name, email and Google profile picture, from when you sign in.
• Your membership status: which plan, and when it renews or ends.
• Your bookings and check-ins.
• Drinks the crew recorded for you at the bar.
• Your choice about emails, and when you made it.
• If you send a brand enquiry: the company, contact details and moment you chose, and the agreement you accepted.

We do not hold your card details. Stripe holds them and takes your payments.

We use four services to run the app. Each one handles some of your information for us.

• Google for signing in.
• Stripe for payments.
• Supabase for the database.
• Vercel for hosting.

We use it to run your membership, take your bookings, welcome you at the door and answer you when you write to us.

We keep it while you are a member, and for a reasonable time after. That time is [retention period to be confirmed].

Our events are photographed and filmed. The pictures are used on the brands' own sites and social media.

If you do not want to appear, tell the crew on the day. If you would like a picture of you taken down, email us and we will remove it.

We email you about upcoming mornings and news only if you said yes. Not answering counts as no.

Announcement emails go only to people who said yes, or to past guests, who can stop them with one click on the Unsubscribe link in every email.

You can change your mind any time with the switch on the Account tab, or by emailing us. Emails about your membership itself, such as a receipt, are not marketing.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to us and we will help.
