Membership terms

These are the terms for membership of The Morning Party and The Water Bar. They are run by Inspired Being Co..

By starting a membership you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, write to gaia@inspiredbeingco.com before you join.

The Morning Party, $1 a month.

• Entry to The Morning Party, by booking.
• The walk.
• Yoga or high intensity training.
• Water included.

Awaken Sleep Lab, $49 a month, added to The Morning Party.

• All of the above.
• Ice baths and massage, by timed slot.
• Tea ceremonies and the longevity lounge.
• These extras are at Sunday events.

With Awaken Sleep Lab your membership is $50 a month in total: the $1 and the $49 together, on one bill and one date.

You pay monthly, on the day you joined, until you cancel. With Awaken Sleep Lab the $1 and the $49 are one bill on one date, $50 a month in total.

Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see your card details. The page Stripe shows you is for your card details and your invoices; you add, remove and cancel in the Account tab of the app.

You can cancel any time from the Account tab in the app. Cancelling ends your whole membership, Awaken Sleep Lab included.

Your membership then runs to the end of the month you have paid for. After that it stops and you are not charged again. Until then you keep everything, and the Account tab tells you how many days are left.

If you change your mind before that day, you can resubscribe in the Account tab. You are not charged again that day, and your next bill stays on its usual date.

Adding Awaken Sleep Lab is charged straight away. You pay the difference for the rest of your month, which the app shows you before you confirm. From your next bill it is $50 a month on one bill.

Removing Awaken Sleep Lab keeps it until the end of the month you have paid for. There is no refund for that month. After that your bill returns to $1 a month.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once bought. If you cancel, your membership runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

• You need a booking to come. Your membership alone does not hold a place.
• Places are limited.
• You can hold one ice bath slot and one massage slot each morning.
• If you cannot come, cancel before the start so someone else can have your place.

Our events are alcohol free. Please do not bring alcohol.

Be kind. Respect the crew, the other guests and the space. Everyone is here to feel good.

We may ask someone to leave if they put others at risk or make them feel unwelcome.

• Exercise and ice baths are done at your own risk.
• If you are not sure they are right for you, speak to a doctor first.
• Do not use the ice bath if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, unless a doctor has said it is fine.
• Follow the crew's instructions, always.

Drinks are paid for at the bar. They are not part of your membership. Water is included.

We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes too. If you carry on with your membership after a change, you accept the new terms.
